Tourism Information Office - About us

Tourist Information offices, active in the city until 30 September 2013, with two locations, one situated in the historical center atthe old town hall (now the "House of Culture") and one at ex Lazzaretto (on the city's waterfront), was born with the aim of providing not only for tourists, but also to residents timely information on the historical, cultural andartistic heritage of the city and ensure a constant promotion of the same both nationally and internationally.                     
It serves as a meeting point between demand and supply of tourism services with the aim to support all public and private actors involved in the industry, supporting all project initiatives aimed at improving the attractiveness and competitiveness of Crotone.
The assistance provided to tourists is constant throughout the whole of their stay, provides information of logistics, transfers to and from the city, on the hospitality and entertainment venues. The staff of Infopoint, specifically trained to do so, is able to create and propose specific itineraries include all the necessary services for a pleasant stay.
The offices facilitate the tourist, preparing itineraries able to fully exploit the natural heritage aswell as the historical and artistic center of the city and its surrounding territory. It is given a complete package, to tourist, including all the information about the services offered by the city and territory. These include transportation and all information on related services as tour guides specialized, trips of various kinds and a constant update on the events that regularly take place in the city and province.
